lord only knows i'm busy, but:

civil charges against the prowlers for:
1. any unreturned merchandise.
and, more significantly,
2. defamation of character.

and the detective on the case may very well be part of the mix as well.

sick of being an innocent man painted as somehow complicit.

if they don't know by now, they will know soon enough.
