i made bacon
but first a wink. pretty cool shot from the top 0f the hump.
in cooking newz: just removed a slab of belly that i cured last weekend (which sat for a seven day siesta in the fridge absorbing), outta the oven after cookin ta 150. now its ready ta eat.
and today went ta wall-mart and grabbed me a dehydrator. cause i wanna make some jerky. jerky.wall-mart's not forrest hills, but i plunkled da loot down anyway and got me a jerky maker. meat's marinating in the fridge as we speak tomorrow i'll accomplish.
all as a lead in to the hike in the prezi's.
more significantly. grabbed a tent and a stove yesterday at ems.
gettin fired up.
