gold and green

so i learned i made a mistake after driving over to ny this morning before the sun rose.
did look at the weather before i left, but found two hours later while standing in a parking lot, palms skyward, that sometimes the forecast is right. i really didn't feel like gettin wet and with no prospect of gettin any kind of horizon, thought best to turn it all around.

weird. it was only as driving into keene that the darkened skies looked anything like a threat. i almost made a run up giant...

didn't, which ultimately resulted in a relaxed saturday.
refreshing (?) to catch up.
